Jericho - US Season One spoilers up to most recent aired episode

The teacher woman now irks me.

Not too down on the ex-Mayor. Been a pillar of strength for the whole community then he loses his daughter-in-law, one of his sons is off and the town still turns to him constantly. Not surprised he wants to feck of and pretent to shoot deer for a while

The Hawkins/Jake stuff was ace. Just wanted it to stick with that really. Could set things up nicely if they go off on a manhunt and then something happens to the town. Without many of the men, plus Hawkins and Jake, they'll be left with fat boy cop, rat boy and that's about it.

Enjoying this a lot now.

Doesn't have any real "stars" plus the fact it's a real slow burner mean that Jericho may never be properly received by the masses.

Brillaint episode, hopefully it carries on in this direction with the 'how the town copes' sort of a side story.

Having said that, it was interesting to here Hawkins say "it gives the town some power" An indication of the direction they might take this?

Hawkins and Jake going on a manhunt doesnt really work for me, who exactly are they going to hunt down? Valente? What good would that do?

Best thing about this week was no Dale though \o/

Nah, goon's right, Dale sucks ass. Sooner he dies the better imo. Coming soon with any luck, he's ****ed off quite a few folk.

Well I'd imagine the good it will do is ease Hawkins pain for killing the kid and also fialing in his "mission", which it turns out was doomed from the start. So he's lost years of his life, as well as his wife and kids.

Fairly major reason for doing it, and Jake wouldn't take much persuasion. "Dude, I'm off to hunt down the guy responsible for the death of millions of people, you game cowboy?"
