Eric and Jakes mum quickly becoming almost as annoying as Dale and his bit of fluff. Really coming across as caring when the only thing she whines on about is the baby. Hope Dale dies pretty soon though, basically just a waste of screen time.
While I'm no farmer, I really struggle to understand why a rural farming community like Jericho would struggle so bad with a 10% crop demand. Understandable if they were a large urban centre, but they are ringed by plenty of open land, I really don't see how, once the weather turns a bit, they can't simply grow more food, vegetables and such. May not be fine dining, but I would think that arable land = survival in their situation, so any and all steps would be taken.
Also hope either we foloow Eric, Stanley and co to the other town, or they are not gone long, cos this show can't really afford to be losing some of it's main characters, three in one episode is a big loss, especially if it means people like Dale have to step up and fill the void. Hawkins a non-entity this week too, which is a minus.
