Hehe yeah. But why don't you want to be in a group with Netherlands? We never manage to win against you guys anyway, that's why we don't really like Portugal.
But I think we made that quite clear in '06
though we always knock you out, between netherlands and switzerland it's a no-brainer

Yes, Finland and Iceland with Scandinavia.
Andorra with Spain.
Slovakia + Czechs
Hungary can't be merged to anyone, except maybe with Austria + Germany + Switzerland + Liechtenstein (as Hungary was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire).
