The CSA are just doing their job. He's the father of the children and has a legal responsibility to support them.
If they say 'well you don't have to pay because the mother allegedly said you didn't have to' then how many other blokes are going to use the same defence?

Fair enough, but that still doesn't alter the fact that he is the father and has a legal responsibility.
The CSA aren't a court so don't judge who they think is in the right. They work under strict guidelines so father + no legally signed documents = reponsible.

That's my beef. He showed no common sense but then people are often like that. But the CSA are also showing no common sense and as a large government department I think we're entitled to expect that they would do.
