Well tbf he's been a bit of a daft **** not doing it in way which protects him legally and it has **** all to do with the CSA so not point in going for that ironically easy target.
Seems I'm a bit late but yeah, just going on the word of the women seems incredibly naive when he should have had some sort of legally binding argreement made at the time.
The CSA are utter wankers. My stepdad who has managed to help bring up myself & my sister perfectly well hasn't seen his kids for 15 years because his ex-wife said he is an unfit father. Yet he has still willingly paid a ludicrous amount each month for the kids who he never gets to see & who up until about 5 years ago thought he was dead due to said ex-wife.
I could rant on & on about the CSA but it's pointless & a waste of everyones time.
Total lack of sense on both parts. The bloke should've got bits of paper signed in front of a lawyer, and as for the CPS - hmm, lezza couple. Do they really think he would've donated expecting to support someone else's kid?
The lesbian couple would have had to go to the CSA to claim this money though, right ? How horrible is that, naive or not, guy was helping them have a kid, not sure what he got out of it. Wonder what they have to say for themselves
Coldberg - the CSA are **** poor. As I said, they go after blokes who are already paying some kind of support, often getting them to pay more. There are thousands of dad's out there who are getting away scot free because it's too much like hard work for the CSA to go after them. :thdn:
