Errr it's because there are no cases in the UK. Oh I forgot you've moved into weird world where the lack of proof for something means it must exist. **** me are you going to take a caning in the next religion thread I find you in.
What? I'd not be at all surprised if this were the first case to exist - it's you said there were loads. But you can't find any.
Same sex marriage has not been around for long, divorced lesbians who have kids via artificial insemination are I assume, like rocking horse ****. However it's completely obvious that cases such as this would arise, so what's the law on them?
It's already mentioned in the article you linked to:
Quote:
Fertility reforms
A spokeswoman for CSA said: "Unless the child is legally adopted, both biological parents are financially responsible for their child - the Child Support Agency legislation is not gender or partnership based."
Ministers have drawn up fertility reforms giving equal parenting rights to same-sex couples who "marry" in a civil partnership.
This means they will be recognised as the legal parents of children conceived through sperm donation.
The change comes too late for Mr Bathie, although he is now pushing for an amendment to make the laws retrospective.

The law should be retrospective. It's their own fault for not making it clear at the start.
No, I was doubting that there were. I'd say the rule is if the kid's born while you're married to the mother and you bring it up as your own then bugger off, you'd be liable.
