Super Mario Galaxy has now passed Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time to become the best reviewed game in world history, if world history were to have begun in the late 90s.

30 reviews, 97.8% average.

I have to say that I concur with the press, I'm around 40 stars in and really think it could be the best game I've ever played. I love how it's more linear than the other 3D Marios, it's all about the completing the levels as opposed to just running around searching for stars. The music and level design are amazingly good. Even little things like trying to make low-gravity assisted long jumps all the way around a planetoid are fun as hell. To hell with Game of the Year, this is the Game of the Forever.

Just got my 8th star, Sweet Sweet Galaxy, so clever and yet so tricky at the same time.

I wish i didnt have COD4 now because i would spend all my time on this i think

That said, I just did the second half of the level with the rolling &* stomping rocks with a "Fast Foe" Comet and did it on my second attampt... So I don't know why I struggled..

The time trial comets are really hard!
