We drew 1-1 with Salisbury, another two points squandered thanks to a woeful second half performance, not helped by a joke of a referee.

A quick word for the delightful Matt Tubbs who, having caused one of our players to be stretchered off, said "I hope he's ****ing broken his leg" or words to that effect. What a charmer.

Nathan Graham with another hat trick
This Nathan Graham score a shed load then? Is he young? Can us at Rushden have him? </BLOCKQUOTE>

he's amazing but dont tell anyone yet we picked him up from playing park football in Aylesbury. He's a former West Ham trainee and a pro boxer. http://www.britishboxing.net/boxers_...an-Graham.html

I'm hoping we'll keep him until the end of the year then he'll blatantly move on I think. </BLOCKQUOTE>

How many goals has he got this season? and how did he do last year?

We could do with another boxer in the side after Woodhouse What's he like, small and quick or bit more solid etc?

Beaten last night at home by FC Utd in the Manc Cup 2-3, I don't think our season could get any lower now

bit of a late random comment, but i used to play football with him.

he tore it up locally down here with Eastleigh, then went on to better things in the conference.

always had a knack of finding the net, wish him all the best

I didn't go to the game, but a draw away from home isn't too bad considering our recent poor form. Sounds like Marvin Browm bailed us out with another late equaliser.

You were good value for your point tbh, had pretty much all the possesion in the second half (albeit without creating many chances) and could've had a pen.

Having said that, if our goal just before half time (which was ludicrously chalked off by a referee with no concept whatsoever of advantage ) had stood I suspect we would have gone on to win, ho hum. Anyway, yeah, you guys will be fine this season I should think, probably a top half team (is that fair?) given what I've seen so far.

Went to a evening at Woking last night in aid of the mayor of Wokings charity. Excellent evening, Geoff Chapple, Kevin Brown, Darren Hay, Scot Steele, Matt Ruby and Sole all present + others I forget. Really fantastic hearing the stories retold from the golden years.

Ingram and Gray were present for about 10 mins, Ingram gave a small speech about how he's moving the club forward by getting planning permission / making a mint for himself out of the flats and then he scampered. Fact is that he hates hearing that the man he sacked has brought the only success the clubs seen.

Got the interview with Geoff on video so will put it on youtube later. He and Kevin Brown sat at our table for most the night which was an honor really. Anyone else go?

I was there, is it true that 9 of your first team players started?
