He came over really well in a Football Focus interview a couple of years ago, about how he's turned over a new leaf, trying to be a better person, isn't like he's portrayed etc.
Of course that was before he stubbed out a cigar on a teammates eye, put another teammate in hospital etc etc.
Obviously i'm not telling anyone else what to do, but personally i'm going to take less notice of what he says in interviews about what sort of person he is, and focus more on his actions on and off the field to judge his character. But maybe that's just me.
