Sounds like McLeod struggled again, haven't been impressed by him at all, has done well to win 4 penalties though.

Ten changes was surely far too many, can understand why he Pardew did it though with the size of the squad and not wanting any injuries.

McLeod was really poor tonight, had 3 easy chances and failed to hit the target with any of them, the first of them I belive I may well have burried and thats saying something

Charlton just really did seam up for it, gave us time on the ball and didn't close down very well

oh and Chris Perry was immense :cool:

You'd think they'd all go out to prove they should be in the first team, doesn't sound like many of them did at all.

though if McLeod could finish he would be an awsome player, his ability to get in goal scoring postions and make the right run is superb

Thats good to hear. He's 4th choice striker anyway, think we signed him for potential not to come straight into the first 11.
