Russian/Nigerian they all sound dodgy
As long as they give security and investment to the club and don't change too many things around I really don't mind whose in charge...

Another away loss, used to it now though.
No idea what the system was today. McLeod was hardly ever up front. No-one on the left side till JT came on.

Ambrose seemed to be invisible again, really want him to find some consistency and do well but he just never seems to be involved much in a game.
I hope Yassin isn't out for long, wasn't as good today, but Sankofa is injured I think so we have no other natural right back.
Maybe we just need to start scoring a few goals, get a bit of confidence. We were passing it around ok most of the time, but the few chances we had weren't even great chances, apart from the Ambrose one.

We don't create chances. If one of our players gets into a promising position more or not they dally around with it.
Need Varney fit, hopefully he'll make some runs for people like Reid to pick him out.
We need to up the tempo, when we do raise the tempo our attacking threat is actually quite good, we just don't do it enough ...
I guess Yassin will be out for a month, or hopefully it might just be a sprained ankle...

Came back from Holiday to this
No idea about Scunthorpe but we were just too lightweight v Stoke. Reid seems like a better captain than i thought. That Racon guy confirmed/played yet?

Confirmed as he and Zheng signed on the pitch before the Scunthorpe match. Hasn't made the bench yet. Really hoping he's going to be good for us and can attack and defend, maybe add a bit of strength as well.

Lisbie is already injured for Colchester
He says he hasn't played with a big front man for a few years, but he's barely played at all for a few years.

| Please, just don't.
He was at fault for both goals at Stoke and has looked quite useless.
