im 2nd season on the 8.01 patch just been offered the job with portsmouth and im in the summer transfer window, every player that i try to buy that isn't english is getting their work permit rejected, anyone know how i sort this or can improve my chance of getting one,

these are for roughly these players:
vagner love
afonso alves
andrey arshavin
jose rafael alamo
salvador cabanas (currently just played a season at west ham :S
jefferson farffan

i thought these players were so easy to sign?

ye dunno y u having a problem with them!
i signed arshavin for chelsea and love has been signed on myne by man city! ..ask for a scout report see if it says if the player may find it hard to gain a work permit!

scout reports are just giving the info they normally do and not saying a word about a work permit even needed, i dont get it, really frustrating me, running out of time too, if anyone has any more idea please help, thanks

no one else gettin work permits rejected all the time?
