They should be available on a large database. And yes, Mokoena is another player you can look at.

If you want to load any countries, I'd suggest Brazil (obvious but you can get a LOT of cheap and good players there) and also Scadinavian countries. You can pick up some amazing cheap players from there.

All of these countrys will provide enough talent for you too rule the world, Chile and Columbia have "Unlimited" amounts of talent, send a few scouts out and about sign who they say and you'll have a fair few gems.
