That's an advert for his eateries masquerading as a science programme that's masquerading as a cookery programme.

It is of course absolutely ffffb but no one in their right mind would attempt to cook the way he does unless they were actually in/wanted to be in the profession.

I mean on a personal level. He seems ok enough but he clearly is a smug t0sser.

As for the levels he goes to: well it is ridiculous, watched his show on signzone last night and he goes into ridiculous detail on every little aspect of the food. In a way it's probably good, but on another level it's taking the fun out of it.
