Gordan Ramsey actually seemed to get that aussie bum to do some work. He's a chef and chefs are generally a bit arrogant, but at the same time he's got a massive amount of experience at running a kitchen/restaurants and I'd take his opinion massively over mine on anything to do with restauranting.
Looking at what he did with the restaurant in question that was quite something to turn it round so much.

I always get annoyed at the owners when they don't listen to Ramsay. Their business is on the brink of collapse, yet they still think they're right and don't need to follow his advice. They should realise how lucky they are to have him there. How much would it cost to hire someone of his pedigree as a consultant?
