He basically goes pushes them in a way they need to be pushed. If they need a gentle shove and are receptive, he'll do it without going overboard but still ensuring that they get the message. If he feels they really need a massive kick up the arse, he'll do it.

well in the man's defence Ramsey alluded to the fact that he was lying, when I do believe him when he said that he didn't have any customer complaints.

Saying that, I agree with everyone in here that he should take on all criticism thrown at him and do whatever he's told.

Said he was acting,and he was, everytime. Not the same as lying. Everytime he disagreed over anything, he just had a paddy. He just made stuff up and starting spouting nonsense.

He did it later in the show too when he told him the decorations was crap. Just started rambling and went off on the 'Don't call me a liar' thing again.

tbf I actually think he kind of was lying. By his attitude I'd say if he did receive any complaints he'd ignore them and assume the customer was in the wrong.
