Watching this show and criticising Ramsay for talking down to them. Awesome.

Be a pretty dire show if he went in for 5 minutes and said, yeah all fine guys, you're clearly not screwing the guy over and he's clearly not an idiot.

Not really, if you watch him with people on this show who actually want to do well and are willing, he's a pretty damn good motivator.

Everyone on this show needed a bollocking and tbh, he was too nice.
