Went from that to a Post Grad Certificate and MA in Town Planning at South Bank Uni with a pass.
Been working as a Town Planner at a local Council for almost last 3 years, so my post-school qualifications have been quite helpful | Awesome. Do you get to come up with the road names? </BLOCKQUOTE>
Fraid not, would be quite fun though to see what road names we could get away with, e.g. Dick Road.

I have a Bachelor of Laws, with Honours. Unfortunately, a hell of a lot of other people do as well. The graduate intake at major firms typically attracts close to a thousand applicants at each one, with barely a dozen places available.
I've taken a job where it's recommended, but not essential. TBH, I've not used any knowledge I gained in my whole degree in any aspect of my work.
Still, it's a good stepping stone to a job in law, preferably at the Office of Public Prosecutions starting 2009.
The worst bit is that I still owe $30,000 in fees, and have barely earned that much...

I hope to gain many an exemption from Actuarial examinations. That and it's modules in programming and finance are the most useful aspect of it. But my job probably won't exactly be a follow-on of my degree.

BA 1st class in International History and Politics
Was an accountant for two years, before suddenly thinking 'hang on a minute, this is dull as ****'. So now I'm doing an MScEcon in International Relations.
I have no idea what I'll do after that. Would like to stay in academia, but financially it's not really viable.

after third class, it's a pass and after that, it's a fail.
