in six months i'll (hopefully) be a Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
a long haul and a struggle, but most certainly worth it.

I have a 2:1 in Sports Science with the certificate now kept in my bedside drawer with my porn.
i am not using it at all as i am now a trust and company administrator. basically that sort of finance work is what the main industry is in guernsey and so i have gotten into that. my degree did help in that i get paid more than someone wiht no experience and i start studying higher up the ladder than other people.
but its not just about the qualification, its the experience of going to uni.

2:1 in BSc Geography from Uni of Reading.
Went from that to a Post Grad Certificate and MA in Town Planning at South Bank Uni with a pass.
Been working as a Town Planner at a local Council for almost last 3 years, so my post-school qualifications have been quite helpful |

i got a 2:2 in Computer Science this summer at Manchester Univeristy, could have got higher, but the course bored me to death too much and I just stuck it out.
Got a job now though, in South Manchester working for a software company, pay is quite good, but i'm slowly getting bored with it, primarily cause my social life has gone from quite poor at uni, but still going out at least once a week usually, to nearly once a month, and starting to get to me.
I think i have decent prospects job wise, but just getting a bit too disillusioned with the uni withdrawl to appreciate it properly :/
