14 regional Champs :p
Anyway, looking at my athletes and looking at how some of the top athletes from other teams seem to be on extremely low form, I'm upping my ante to between 3 & 5 individual national titles this season in the UK.
Still hoping for two from Belgium and possibly one from Nederlands, but thats looks more remote now although all three are either in or close to the top three.
Based on this I'm just gonna put my whole squad on lows for the next few weeks knowing that if I need to step up a gear to retain a place in the League I can easily do so.

Same here, but only got one odds on national champion in the womens high jump (another skill pop. today so may make 1m). Rest is a bit up to luck though will be there or thereabouts in the throwing events come the time.

Cougar, PM7, either of you know much about the womesn pole vault in game. Trying to work out how much I have to progress with one of my youngsters with the worlds as a target, but have no real experience with the event and not sure what kind of difference going (+) on the event would have on the results. Shes just jumped 2m09 in testing this week and her form will be close to 20 come the time i'll need to qualify her for the worlds. Would her current level be about 2m20 atm or less/more than that?

No idea TtD, most of my jumpers can barely get off the ground
My best womens jumper, a Belgian has 2.03 in testing for the Pole Vault but she's never Pole Vaulted in competition.
Tia Bennet has done 1.93 in testing and 2m on normal - Cougar probably has spreadsheets on these things so will be more help |

I do but there is too much to record
As far as I can make out you'll get +10cm on high compared to test results with the pole vault. I'm not sure yet on field events as I have very little data on high. It could also be a % which means you might get +15cm maybe as high as +20cm as there seems to be some random in it (weather maybe as well).
As for different form levels I don't have a clue. I have people getting virtually no training but they got a better test result this week on 15 form than they did last week on 17 form |

I know high jump is 10cm difference by going with (+) at least for the most part from testing and triple jump is around about a 50cm increase as i've pushed those events a bit in the past, and long jump is about 20-30cm for men by going (+). Think a top 30 spot will be more than secure come the time. Progression seems to be around 15cm every 5 weeks if as you say 2m40 is the guideline for qualifying. This taking into account that over half the athletes performing better than the test result seem to be already 17, the chances have to be pretty good, the the top athlete should be far and away the most dominant come the time.

well 2 40 would place you top 10-12 I think. 2 20 looks possibly just around 30th really depends what your targets are.

Intruiging meet for meet me this one. Had all athletes on low except I think three that I wanted to see what they could do. Last year I felt my field athletes really let the side down but they did remarkably well tonight and I'm still 4th in the league.
Looking at the top three teams, they all have an awful lot of athletes who are ready to keel over any minute now |
