Former Coventry defender David Burrows has been linked with a move back to the club but a swoop for the full-back is yet to be confirmed after 1st choice target Nigel Winterburn signe dup for another year at West Ham.

Delorge is almost as good creativly as Thommo. We need the cash anyway.

Agreed, there won't be anyone bought in the summer, they'll all arrive on bosman's or loans. Any money received is going straight in the bank, and after what happened to Bradford today, that cannae be a bad thing.

I think Delorge was vastly underrated for us last season. I don't think he is as creative as Thompson but he can make things happen none the less. Anyway as sooner as Christensen gets spotted by McAlister and Eric Black the better.

*joins discussion* I'm resigned to losing Thommo, but I hope they have more sense than to sell him to the Vile. Delorge was too patchy in games, you wouldn't see him for 20 minutes at a time. I'm looking forwards to seeing how McSheffery develops though.

Christensen is never mentioned in youth team reports or anything else.

Personally i'd sacrifice Chippo and Safri to bring in two quality wide players to alternatives to Delorge and O'Neill (if he evers stays injury-free)
