If you want to be a league 2 manager, you should try to get a football manager license.

I'm sorry but have a look at the forum header and you will realise that we do not tip here.
Plus, I believe League 2, although lower league, they are not favoured by most LLamas, if you really want a LLM experience then try the Blue Square North/South.
