Rep Power: 8 | By your own schedules, do you mean specialized ones based on position? Or more general ones?
I'm quite interested in seeing what the practices are here |

More to the point, the lower the level you are the more likely it is for a manager to say, **** we're out of forwards, Dave your big and can run for a while, you're playing up front next week.
Unfortunately LLM being a small part of FM means we dont get that much detail and instead get the same methods that top level managers probably use.

We train twice a week, mostly 1 to 1,5 hours. The topteam of my club (we have 7 senior teams) train 3x a week.
We (every team ) never do anything on fitness, we run a lot in the training so that should cover the fitness part. Passing/possessiondrills are a standard trainingmethod. Quote: |

| I started 2 years ago as AML, last season I usually played as DL or DR and since the last winterbreak I've ended up as DC.

I run a similar system to BluMoon in that I have an Attacking schedule, a midfield shedule and a defenders schedule. I just set what I want them to concentrate on and scale it up when I go full time.
Playing the game in the Nordic leagues it seems more common for players to have a number of positions available to them, so I have no problem with playing big Dave up front if I'm out of bodies to put there.
Some players seem more able to learn a new position than others, some will get good and some won't. I have NFI how you find out if a player can learn or not though |

Well, from what I understand every player has a hidden attribute called adaptability or versatility or something along those lines. So, depending upon how high or low that attribute is, the speed of a player learning a new position changes quicker or slower. There is no way to see what this attribute is for a player without going into the editor or using one of those other (bad) programs.
