Hi been playing these games since mid nineties and although i should be better i am struggling big time with this one. I usually start off with my big love Arsenal Football Club but this year decided to start unemployed adnafter a couple of months got the Altringham job in Blue Square Premier. So far they are mid table but i have drawn 2 games and lost 3 of my 5 games in charge. I know its early days but i cant get the hang of how to turn things around. Can anyone help? All my training is set on general is this normal? Dont seeem to be able to change it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
