Nexus can provide an example of a BS regional manager signing a current U-19 international excluding the home nations & Eire?

I think that none would join you and assuming you're using masked stats then you wont have any info on these players other than they are capped at U21/U19 level. No much to go on and it's unrealistic that a LLM would attempt to sign a player he knows nothing about.
I have an U19 Ukrainian player in my Ukrainian team and he's awful!

| Why Home Nations & Eire? I can scout England only, why would I be able to sign a Welsh or an Irish player if I can't scout them? I would surely not know of them about them either?

I've signed a couple of under 18 and under 21 players, but only after getting them on scout reports or playing against them in the same league. One FRED on my current game is playing for Norway U21s, and whilst he seems to suck for them, he's my top scorer in the conference :thup:
I don't think any of them would even entertain the notion of signing for a bluesquare north/south team anyways, unless they were already playing at that level.

| Incidentally, the Norwegian gem that I picked up originally came from Bath. I remember seeing his name pop up on a report and checking him out, then doing a little dance after he accepted my offer of a free at the end of his contract. Woot!
They signed him on a free when he was 18, which made me wonder where the hell they found him! Must investigate that tonight when I get home actually.

| That guy played for League 1 Yeovil Town and signed for Weymouth from them, not picked up from the Canadian U-19s as a free agent for a Conference team, to be pedantic.
