So yes, after some thought I decided to go with the obvious for the title, had to be done I think. Today saw the release of the fixtures as kindly provided by Barcelona guru yovan, so if that isn’t enough of a reason for a new thread, I’m not sure what is :cool:

Still many weeks away from the start of the season and I think it is safe to day that next season looks like it is going to be a thriller, with numerous big transfers already finalised, headed by that of Thierry Henry’s inevitable move to Barcelona.

So, will Ruud Madrid manage to maintain their hunger and defend their well-earned and in no way lucky title from last season, or will a heavily strengthened and mouthwatering looking Barcelona team regain their title to the delight of a certain American around here amongst others?

Naturally I’ll be rooting for King Ruud as ever, though I’ll try to cut down on the excessive YouTube clips…maybe. Should be good :thup:
