Seems strange tbh. He's obviosuly not gonna get a "top" job if he quits from Reading.
Paul Jewell taken a job a couple of weeks too early, Reading would've been perfect for him |

Good decision, taken reading as far as he can go and he doesn't need a sacking on his record.

| He wouldn't cope in a top job with his depression. He couldnt get out of City quick enough due to the pressure.
