The University Applications Thread - For 2008 Entry
Well UCAS opened it's application system for 2008 entry a couple of weeks ago, and open days are in full flow and people are beginning to work out where they want to go and what they want to do. Not really sure how many people there are this time around, get the impression there isn't many but we will see.
Well me, I am looking to do Computer Science. Not totally sure where yet but from prospectus' I really want to go to York which is at AAB. But not been to look around there yet so will see when I get there. I went to Newcastle's open day today, and I really liked it and for my course that is an ABC so I think I'm going to apply there as a bit of an insurance offer. Still got to find 3 more places to apply to, and amongst the list are Loughborough (off for an open day tomorrow), Warwick, Durham, Birmingham and Manchester.
So, anyone else applying for 2008 entry, what you looking to do and where? Discuss
