Nice work Jonno
By the way, at AS level I got:
Accounting: A (273 out of 300)
Business Studies: A (296 out of 300)
Critical Thinking: B (225 out of 300)
Law: A (298 out of 300)
Maths: B (228 out of 300)
Can't believe I got a B in Maths really, got two As in C1 and C2, when I was predicted a C or D and somehow managed to get a D in decision when I was predicted an A or B, so I'm gonna resit that.
Don't know where to apply just yet, anywhere that requires between AAA and BBB I think.

| Yeah, Warwick on my list to apply to. What did you get to get in there? At the moment I'm looking at applying to York, Warwick, Manchester, Loughborough and Newcastle, but after those results I'm reconsidering York because of the requirement at A at Maths, which I've put out of my reach by being a lazy cnut.

AAA
maths, physics, computing. They asked for AAB though, so I was ok.
A in maths was the easiest one! :p

Damn, was hoping it might have been lower than that A in Maths should have been straightforward for me, I should have been 270+ for this year, but just didn't put any work in whatsoever and I've left it all to do. It's pretty simple really, I've gotta work hard this year if I wanna get where I wanna go.

the core maths modules get easier, so by january you could retake c1/c2 and get far far higher scores

Yeah, that's what my teachers have told me. As you do the work on C3 and C4, when you go back and look at C1 and C2, they're a p!ss take and people resit them at get high 90s, so gonna resit them I think.

I got over 90 in all my maths modules, apart from coursework where I got 84. Coursework involved going to Alton Towers, then designing a rollercoaster
So much fun. I went both years, even though I didnt have to do the coursework until the second year.
Maths at Uni is HORRIBLE by the way, its a massive step up from A level maths. I failed my first maths module, and apparently they've added more maths into the course since I've left :/

Time to reignite this thread
So with Oxbridge deadlines going by this week I guess some people have got their applications off, where have you all gone for? I'm still applying to the 5 I said in the first post, although after going to the York open day, I'm not so sure that's my first choice anymore. I liked the university itself but I felt like I was a cut below everybody else, like they were all looking down on me kinda thing. Off to have a look around Warwick this week so that could take over as first choice.

Looked round Brum and loved it so thats her first choice.
