Also with regards to sciences, Cambridge is in a different league to Oxford so don't just apply to Oxford if you're going to be doing Maths or Natural Sciences or something.

that's how it should work, but it backfired in my face.
got waitlisted by my second choice because they perceived themselves to be my third choice. ended up attending said third choice, left, and will be attending fourth choice in the fall, sans $10,000 per year scholarship that I was offered on my original acceptance.
that's why you don't go to college in the wooods. if the school's motto is "A voice crying out in the wilderness," just run.

The problem with cambridge is they only do a natsci course, not seperate courses. Although you can choose units you still need to do an element of the sciences you dont want to, if you get me.
