Anyone else suffer from this?

When choosing my team I have to have a badge and a proper kit. Otherwise it just annoys me.

Decent choice in the BSN but the BSS is virtually redundant!

Just wondered if anyone else got wound up by this. Am I normal!

By the way anyone know when Frank is due for his 08 update. I still can't pick my team!

Frank will be done, when he decides to be.

Kits/Badges/Logos are important to me. I like it that I can learn things about foreign football with FM. Seeing club logos and original kits gives me more playing fun than naked/generic ones.

Also, the team colours can influence my career path. If I'd end up at a place with dark yellow on light yellow I might quit pretty soon.

As a Llama I've played BSS 80% of the time, venturing into the world of BSN now and then.

However, I am most disappointed that badges have disappeared from FM2007 and kits haven't been retained. Some clubs kits haven't changed yet they have disappeared this time round.

It's very frustrating but I just love that club crest in the top left corner. Having a 2 coloured shield just doesn't do it for me.

It's seriously hampered my choice and Frank's first few recommendations may have to be ignored until he comes up with a fully kitted out side in terms of badge and kit.

Please anyone but Redditch!

You'd probably not be too keen on yellow and green either, Ollie

The worst I've found for me is white on light blue. I've lost count of the number of times I wasn't 100% focused and almost missed a Man City goal against me because I can't see anything in the commentary text box.

As an Ipswich fan I can confirm yellow and green is the most nausiating combination ever

Julian, my 2006 career brought me to Norwich and I had a quite nice time there - together with Millwall it was my most enjoyable stay in that savegame.

Jenninga, as for badges/kits, take a look at the proper fansites. I believe that there are lots of skins and other things to pick from.

Although I like kits/badges I haven't got round to downloading them yet. But it certainly wouldn't stop me playing with a team or in a specific league.

Agree here. Especially since I'm colourblind to yellow/green, meaning I can't see ****!

If I don't like the colours of a club I would usually pass up the opportunity to manage them if I am honest. That said, with the new skin I am using it makes that rule virtually redundant.

My criteria for choosing my current club was the first conference north/south team to turn up on random which had a proper kit.

You are not alone.
