I started playing with Elgin because of the badge.

I don't give a hoot about badges or kit colours, except when the kit colours are headache- or myopia-inducing, like Haarlem. Purple and red ffs
Isn't 'LLM Phobia', by the way, something like 'an unnatural fear of LLM'? I thought this thread was going to be about LLM bashers.

For a quick, pre-patch save on FM08 I asked Frank to pick me a team with a nice poof-blue kit. Born and bred a Man City fan, sky blue is always a good way to go!
I've never really rejected a club for colours, to be honest, a job is a job, never judge a book by its cover, etc. etc.

I picked Blyth on 07 purely because of their Logo. Plus green isn't that common of a colour for football teams. At least compared to red or blue.

I prefer to have the kits and logos but it's not a show stopper if I don't.

I used to base my starting club decision solely on who had the most hideous kit colours

Rushden and Diamonds!!
Went them in LMA Manager 2002 and i've chose them ever since. I always get them into the prem - not won the Champions league with them yet but i'm determined to take them to the top eventually lol. I like the Red white and blue kit too, plus the Chairman is pretty solid and supportive in FM

I usually go with red for my first club as I quite like that colour. Nice contrast and all that. But now with the Stinko skin or whatever it's called, it doesn't matter anymore. Not as much anyway.
Was in Crystal Palace for a brief stay once. Some of the most atrocious colours I've managed.
