1.Have you ever been to Belgium?
Nope
2.Do you know any Belgian people?
In person? Nope
3.Give three words that you connect with Belgium
Chocolate, Stella, Flanders
4.Give three characteristics of a Belgian
I don't know any, so no idea. Never met even one in person so can't even create an inaccurate racial stereotype I'm afraid!
5.Which is/are the official language(s) in Belgium?
Dutch and French. I'm sure there's some German speakers in Belgium as well but not sure if it's an official language or not.
6.What are the colours of the Belgian flag?
Yellow, Red and Black. But not in that order.
7.Do you think Belgium is a republic or a monarchy?
I'm sure there's a king of Belgium, so I'll say Monarchy. Not sure who the king is though. Wouldn't recognise him if he turned up on my doorstep.
8.Which religion is predominant in Belgium?
Jedi
9.If you would visit Belgium, where would you go and why?
I'd have to do research to answer that. I'm not visiting anywhere without looking stuff up first. Though all other things being equal, I'd probably go to a part that's French speaking, as I can speak a bit of French but know absolutely no Dutch.
10.Do you know any famous Belgians (everyone that comes to mind…)
Philippe Albert (Of course), Jean Claude Van Damme, Justine Henin, Kim Clijsters, and Charlemagne was Belgian too I'm sure (My mate at Uni wrote a paper on him for his history degree, and I remember reading it when bored. Something tells me he was born in Belgium somewhere). Oh, and Hercule Poirot!

Actually, I could list a lot of footballers. Gilles De Bilde, Walter Baseggio, Emile and Mbo Mpenza, Anthony Vanden Borre, Vincent Kompany, Michelle Preudhomme, Enzo Schifo and Luc Nilis for starters. Could probably manage more if I sat down and thought about it.
11.Do you know a big Belgian company?
Guylain, Stella Artois (Obviously that's not the company name, but without going and checking in my fridge I couldn't tell you who brews it. But whoever they are, if it's still in Belgium, I'd guess they're a big company!)
