1.Have you ever been to Belgium?
No.

2.Do you know any Belgian people?
In the past I have met / become well-acquainted with two Belgians.
I am no longer in contact with them.

3.Give three words that you connect with Belgium
Maastricht (EU HQ), Disasters (Zeebrugge Ferry Disaster & Heysel Stadium Disaster), Chocolate.

4.Give three characteristics of a Belgian
Moustache. Rotund. Wealthy (comfortably that is).
That's a male stereotype (derived from cartoons and comic strips probably)! The two Belgians I knew were female and weren't fat or moustachioed.

5.Which is/are the official language(s) in Belgium?
Flemish and French.

6.What are the colours of the Belgian flag?
Red, Yellow and Black.

7.Do you think Belgium is a republic or a monarchy?
Has a figurehead monarchy.

8.Which religion is predominant in Belgium?
Christianity - would expect it to be Protestant like most of northern Europe.

9.If you would visit Belgium, where would you go and why?
firstly: Brugge - the Venice of the North
then maybe: Brussels - most famous city / capital

10.Do you know any famous Belgians (everyone that comes to mind…)
Lots of footballers - notably Franky van der Elst, Jean-Marie Pfaff, Enzo Scifo,
Papa Smurf and Smurfette,
King Leopold and that painter Rubens(?) - though they probably preceded the nation,
the bloke that wrote Tin-Tin,
Eddie Merckx and another successful cyclist,
Pascal White.

11.Do you know a big Belgian company?
The company that produces Stella Artois and other beers (though I don't think most of the brands are actually Belgian).
Don't know about company but there's a few well-known chocolate brands like Guylian and Suchard (Belgian?) - but 'Belgian Chocolate' is an industry that sells on its nationality alone.
RSC Anderlecht (a company no?)

There used to be a humourous saying:
Belgian is only famous for two things: chocolate and ... (I actually can't remember what the other thing was!)

And waffles are American, no?
