I get the feeling you have a king and a prime minister so you're certainly not a dictatorship style monarchy (big surprises there). As I do think you have a king i'll have to say monarchy.

9.If you would visit Belgium, where would you go and why? Spa. HUGE F1 fan and LOVE the track. I would also bring an umbrella.
