Moors are my local team, and as a fan I can say it's hardly surprising they're one of the weakest in England on FM. Part of the problem is the small fanbase because of the apathy of Moor Green fans after the merger and the fact that Blues and Villa dominate local football.
Looks like you've been doing a good job though - if only it could be like that in reality

Rep Power: 0 | Season 14/15 - Solihull Moors - Blue Square Premier
Media prediction: 11th
Board expectation: Top half finish
Players in: 6 permanently, 2 season loans (total cost: nothing)
Players out: 10 (total net: ₤1K)
Started well, tailed off midseason, hung around the top ten right up until the end of the season, when a 2-1 win away to champions Forest Green sealed a playoff spot. Cameroon striker became the club's all-time leading scorer while the board couldn't afford to sack me after I applied unsuccessfully for the Tranmere job in League Two, despite offering me the chance to resign. Made the semis of the FA Trophy.
Playoff semi was against Stevenage - stole a 2-1 home win in the first leg, and the scoreline was reversed in the away leg, with my young keeper performing heroics in the final 10 minutes and extra time. Five from five in the shootout put me in the final against Kettering.
I wasn't confident as they have been my bogey team, but a goal after two minutes put us in control, and two more second half strikes put Solihull Moors into league football against a surprisingly lackluster Kettering outfit. Final position: 4th

Rep Power: 0 | Season 15/16 - Solihull Moors - League Two
Media prediction: 24th
Board expectation: Avoid relegation
Players in: 8 permanently, 4 season loans (total cost: nothing)
Players out: 13 (total net: nothing)
The kind of league I like - three auto promotion spots, four more playoff spots and only two teams relegated. After stating with two heavy away losses, I settled into a groove, sitting in the top half until a club record six consecutive losses dropped me right down the table after around 30 games. In my frustration I decided to go drastic and change every aspect of my tactics to the complete opposite instruction, and I noticed a big improvement in my play (big wins, any losses were games I had plenty of chances to win in). The end result was 17th and a mile clear of relegation. Cups were pathetically average. Club's finances now "secure". Maybe I'll get a transfer budget? Final position: 17th
