For example, is there anyone lucky enough to have achieved promotions through the league on 08 from the bottom playable English leauge, and found that the board expectation, financial investment/climate, stadium expansion, youth setup all progress as what you would view as realistic?
I've only played a muck about game with Man Utd so far, and tbf none of the bugs have annoyed me THAT much as yet.
I'm only in season 2 so not update worth yet but a mate of mine had played 5 seasons with Boston Utd.
Now I doubt he's stuck to all the LLM rules but he has achieved promotion to the league (something like 1st BSN, 15th BSP, 4th BSP, 5th BSP (promoted), 20th L2) and says it's all pretty realistic so far.
However no stadium expansion as York Streets already league ready, some awesome youths have apparently come through. Money situation is okay and board have been reasonable.
How that would pan out with all LLM rules adherred to who knows but it sounds hopeful.
I think this will be a great career version once the patch is out. I've run a holiday test for 25-30 seasons. No big changes in the league, but Portsmouth did fly up and dominate the league for a decade. They then heavily extended their new stadium to close to 100k seats. Just as in previous versions, if you have the money it should be possible to extend stadium. Provided there is room of course.
It seems to be harder to promote now, which is ****ing brilliant! Forget about back-to-back promotions when using LLM guidelines. That is no longer possible (I hope).
I'm in the 4th season now. Can't say any of the bugs are bugging me. But I hear it's a fairly safe bet in England, and I hardly ever play anywhere else. Well, outside the Isles at least. Have had some great saves in N.Ireland and Scotland
Second game is in the fourth season (one holidayed) and so far so good. It's quite tough to step forward, but that might be due to the league standard in Slovenia - there is a big difference between first and second league teams, so it's very hard to compete with the newly relegated side(s).
