Like the title says...I'm rubbish at this on the new game, I used to always enjoy a moderate amount of success on the other versions, but whenever I attempt to start in blue square north/south I'm rubbish on 08. I was sacked from Solihull in february of first season. and was heading that way with Thurrock last night (despite a link with Chelsea)
poor me. and stuff.

...and if you're truly devoted to the realism of the LLaMa experience, you'll drop that Chelsea feeder link. Links between English clubs are forbidden by the FA.
Besides that, sympathy, sympathy, etc., etc., or something to that effect.

Get back on your feet and off you go to do some crappy managerial work! come on lad, I am sure there are teams to relegate, promotions to miss, and fans to upset...
(and yes, drop your relations with Chelsea - you really don't want to be associate with them).

It happens to us all. My record with DBKL (a Malay club) was P: 26 W: 1 D: 1 L: 24 Relegated. The win came in game 20 and sent us down and the draw was on the last day of the season!

As Sancho says, just get on with it, there is always another club to relegate or a scaking just around the corner, he should know!
