I'm getting a new PC for christmas from my dad, want to customize my own and hopefully will go for this

Can update the memory if needs be at a later date.

I tried using the adware program to find spyware on my computer. But I need to pay for that, which I don't wish to.

It pointed to some files in the temp folder, and I tried to manually delete them. But the computer keeps saying that the temp file is in use...any idea how to get around this issue?

Try rebooting and running it again.

If that doesn't work, boot up in safe mode (press F5 when starting up) and try that way
