I was browsing the PC World site, as I need a laptop, and this one caught my eye. It looks like the spec is good, but I don't know too much about computers so I was wondering if anyone in the know could give an opinion about this model?
I will be using it for coursework, playing FM (and other games), moving music between computer/phone, playing music, browsing the net and playing DVD's.
Cheers
Expensive. I saw a cheaper one at Tesco. Can't remember the HDD space on it through

If you have another choice, look for a cheaper one. I know Sony is a good brand, but I find the price from that company ridiculous.

yep - the nvidia control panel shows it idling at 51 and in the green ( being good - yellow and red = bad ). The funny thing is i can ask the pc to alert me when it reaches the slowdown threshold and i cannot alter this - guess what the slowdown threshold is...............145

Question: is there any website allowing you to upload 4 Gb files in one time? FileFront limits it to 1 Gb while I can't be annoyed to upload my photos more than 1 time. I prefer it to be 1 RAR folder.
