Outlook 2003 question.
At work, we use an older version of Outlook, where we can keep file or folder shortcuts on the left hand side (called Outlook Shortcuts I believe), then I have a column of the email folders, then the next column is the emails with a preview of the top one.
I can't seem to do this in Outlook 2003. I can view the Outlook shortcuts OR the email folders, but not both. Anyone know how to do this please?
| I'm not sure what you mean exactly. I use Outlook 2003. There is a column on the left side containing sub-columns Mail, Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks. When I click Mail and Inbox, there's list of all e-mails on the middle. The right column is the preview of each e-mail.

At the bottom of the "All Mail Folders" box, you have the headings Mail, Calender and so forth. At the bottom of these is a little box with an arrow pointing to the top right - shortcuts. If you click on it, I want this box AND my Mail box on the left hand side.

| I see it. Maybe you can find the way in Microsoft Office Online after searching. I've seen Demo: Customize the Navigation Pane you can click. Because when I clicked it, Error Launching Browser. |

A very boring question, boys. But this is very important.
As some of you have already known, my notebook was attacked by malwares. It's fine now fortunately after doing what people have suggested. I must thank them much. Case 1
Basically, I want to buy a new notebook for my college since I believe I have to use many CDs from books, to do many reports, to see presentations via BlackBoard, etc. I'm sure I'll buy this and the seller has stated in its official website that I'll receive a trial version of Norton.
The question is if I can buy 1 product of Norton and use it for 2 notebooks. Case 2
But I love this notebook and don't want to sell it or to spend it although the system is a little bit broken and I have to re-install the system via the start-up CD. I'm so stupid, so foolish, and so idiot that I don't bring the CD to here when I moved from Indonesia.
So, the case is that my Norton has expired. I'm using McAfee now that was broken into pieces by malwares. I also use Windows Defender and Prevx.
Please, recommend me a new strong free antivirus to change McAfee, a free cannot-be-broken spyware removal software to replace Windows Defender, a free cannot-be-arsed anti-adware and anti-malware, etc., i.e. all programmes helping me to conquer all computer crimes.
Thank you very much.

Rep Power: 0 | Jason, correct me if I'm wrong. But am I supposed to download a bunch of programmes? 1 for anti-virus, 1 for adware and spyware, 1 for firewall, 1 for Trojan scanner and remover, 1 for spam filter, and 1 for pop-up stopper? |

Ah, I thought you were just asking for anti virus. But yeah, I'd download different ones as they're all doing a different job. Unless you go ahead and buy one that does the whole job.

Quick question, can anyone help me out.
My hard drive keeps getting less and less space on it for some reason. I haven't downloaded anything lately and have run virus/malware scans and all that but it doesn't come back with any problems. Even when I don't use any programs I go to check how much free space is on the hard drive it has gone down, and I get 'low disk space' warnings
Anyone know what's up/help, thanks.

Is it getting fuller quite quickly, or is it at a slow rate? Because iirc, then Windows gradually grows in size as it is used more and more, thats why Microsoft recommend a full reinstall and format every 6 months.

Well this afternoon there was 1.66GB space and now there is 1.18GB left. And it will keep going down i'd guess.
