Why would a man on a disability pension also get disability benefits? Although his injuries are such that his care will come to a lot more than 19 grand a year, so in his case he will probably be entitled to mobility allowance and stuff like that.
But then as I've pointed out, he's completely ****ed rather than nursing a sore thumb.

Didn't say anyone had been murdered - yet. Just threatened and intimidated. Mind someone might well have been murdered, not too risky for a doctor to manage. Certainly rather less risky than driving a gas laden Jeep into an airport.

From what I can tell disability allowance isn't means tested so he should get the full range of state benefits except maybe dole money. As i said emotionally I agree but in the eyes of the law she's been given money for loss of earnings. Plus don't people going into the army agree to be treated differently in such cases when they go in with restrictions on claims etc?

"Effect on other benefits
Other benefits you might get, such as Incapacity Benefit, Disabled Living Allowance or Income Support, can affect the amount of War Disablement Pension you're entitled to."

| What an odd thing for a lefty to say. Well actually it's not at all odd - miners and fishermen etc. should be lauded for being salt of the earth workers doing dangerous and unpleasant stuff, soldiers are facist thugs working for the man and deserve everything that's coming to them.
If you agree with me why are we arguing? Slip a tenner Help for Heroes way, and tell people you meet that it's a disgrace such a charity should have to exist.

| That bit. Things stopped working like that outside the army a quarter century back. Because the lefties whinged.

Yeah but I don't mean different as in by agreeing to go the army it's different but as in they literally agree to be treated different. Queen's Rules or something.
