How can racial profiling not be racism if it can never be aimed at 90% of the population irrespective of the threat they pose?

I never mentioned racial profiling. And as I've pointed out, I don't see the worth in it. I've been asked two hypothetical questions on it and answered that:
a) yes it could apply to whites
b) yes it would be worth using if it were an efficient method
What more do you want?
