Today Gay Activist group Pink October has wreaked havoc in the Paris Underground in their fight for, what they call, an (even) Gayer France as two suicide bombers blew up two trains killing at least 49 people and wounding 189 although it's expected both numbers will go up as emergency workers uncover more bodies under the wreackage.

A spokesman for Pink October, identified as Eugene X, is quoted as saying:

But if it's Amis vs The Imams, which side has the police and foreign powers complaining on their behalf, and which side is gatting universally slated?

When i go to a football match i get searched before i'm allowed to enter. I never caused any form of disturbance in a football stadium. In fact, most people visiting a football match don't cause trouble.

When i go on my Motorbike, the law demands of me i put on a helmet. I've never fallen with my bike. Never. In fact, most people who drive a motorbike probably never fell so seriously that they benefitted from a crash helmet.

And yet based on the actions of a few, we all are subjected to a search before entering a stadium / forced to wear a helmet when getting the bike out on a public road.

Why is it so difficult for you to comprehend that not everybody has problems with letting the good apples suffer under the bad apples?

tbf I think Amis has a point and his point was that there are valid criticisms to be made of Islam but they aren't made because people are afraid of being labelled as racist. What he's neglecting to mention though is that the people who are genuine racists make it equally difficult for people who want to have a logical debate about the issue.

Problem is you always have to take sides and it's the extremists on both sides that create this situation.
