Because the place is even more boring than an argument with Bert. Plus I got into an argument with a customer so had some misplaced arguing to pointlessly aim at Bert.

I've been loving this whole thread, but am particularly impressed with the way our original poster - from a wealthy family, no less - adds extra gravitas to his argument with random schoolyard insults.
No doubt these were invaluable in his quest to build up a large property empire in the parts of eastern europe that we're all glad we don't live in.
He has yet to remind us that his homeland offers evidence of civilisations far earlier and more advanced than our own.
I guess the difference is that one you become smug you stop evolving.
Turkey. Just a couple of centuries till they catch up.

You always get the same at those lectures, the new-age hippies all come out of the woodwork and not let any serious questions be asked.
I think that impeaching Bush question really capped it off though.
Hersh is an excellent speaker though. Should invite him to OTF. Agreed with about everything he said.
