I've just had a 'moment of clarity'. Reading this inane and pointless argument is exactly how inane and pointless my arguments are with Bert isn't it?

OTF: I'm sorry.

ps I am not blaming you Bert... well not entirely anyway

I thought so.

I haven't been lulled into it for nearly a week now though... so it's all good.

Still, it's good to know someone else is trying to follow the argument.

Had we launched a Tomahawk straight into Saddam's face while he was on that balcony in Baghdad waving his rifle around, we would have been accused of terrorism. It would not have been terrorism, as the target was Saddam.

Had we just launched on randomly into Baghdad to tell Saddam not to **** with us, that's terrorism.

Well I've read the arguments and counter-arguments and have come to the conclusion that the original point was lost some time ago and you're into some kind of psynaptic argument where points are firing off in all directions - but with no discernable route and no potential outcome.

What if they launched had launched a missile into Tony's face when he was in power?

Assuming it wasn't deflected by the teeth, would that be terrorism?
