Asmodeus might be a little frustrated by the sheer stupidity of your original statement, and then your subsequent request for clarification on his response since the AMC role is hardly unknown in English football and any ****** worth his chin drool would know that there are several very effective AMC's plying their trade in the Premiership this very season (Hleb and Elano already been mentioned in this thread) and there have been other instances, over the years, with varying degrees of success.
Just my take on it though. Could be he just suffers from Tourettes.

2 in the premiership at the moment, 1 who spends a fair bit of time on the wing.
Not sure who the rest of the "several" are? Maybe you could shed some light?
To my mind only having 2 teams using a system which makes use of the AMC role, one with a manager who's in his first season of club management in this country, having managed in Italy previously, does not mean it's a role which is used as much as it would be were Ronaldinho to give it exposure.
people have been listening to guillem balague too much for their opinions. ronaldinho is having a bad time of late, but he's 27 years old and is one of, if not THE most talented player in the world. i would suck his balls if it meant him signing for liverpool.
