Well, a quick look over shows you have a small problem with mountian guys, and sprinters...

Considering the mountain distance should be multiplied by 2 - Giro d'Italia is a mountain tour...

Btw, take a look at the forum there. The attributes, distances, etc are all explained there

Well, you choose the country you join in, and then it assignes you to a group...

Giro d'Italia starts tommorow noon UK time, and you can't enter a team for the Giro after it started. So if you join later on - you'll have to wait for about a week, before the "Volta a Catalunya"
