Balkan Beat Box are one of these hybrid bands that are cropping up and mixing in Eastern European gypsy sounds with anything else they can get their hands on. Makes for a good upbeat sound, and I'm always a sucker for that sort of thing.

Nick Drake's Family Tree release has the lovliest version of "All My Trials" on it. A duet with his mother. Gorgeous, and worth getting for that alone - even if it is an almost track for track rehash of the Tamworth-In-Arden record that I already own (the sound quality is better on this though).

Not to sound picky, but I think it's actually with his sister, that duet. Great cover though, I agree. Bring on the Fruit Tree reissue.
