Disgraceful Fans - Does your club have them? Part time pete's also welcomed
Its seems to be the current trend, that when things are going badly for a team the behaviour of some fans can only be described as above.
I was at the Leicester v Southampton game on saturday and was shocked at the behaviour of the 'fans' around me. I was situated in E block of the south stand (Kop) and there were few comments, actions that were as the title says disgraceful. One bloke was constantly using the following sentance to anyone who did something wrong in his narrow view.
"Leicester/Southampton player/Ref you f**king c**t, your f**king useless". This was even if a pass went to the player at the speed of an exocet and he failed to control it. Or a right decision by the ref that went against Leicester. The guy had his 8 year old son, nephew or what ever with him and the idiot left on the 85th minute when leicester were 2-1 down.
Now to swear in front of a kid like that is bad enough and to repeat the same sentance like a stuck record is annoying but the bloke left before time with them 2-1 down. The situation could be that leicester could have drawn or fluked a win and that chap would have missed it. that is terrible in my opinion. fair enough if it was 2 or 3-0 then perhaps getting to the car earlier isn't a bad idea.
But after the match some of these 'fans' were booing a team that has gone through 3 managers already, swapped systems from 4-4-2 to 3-5-2 and back to 4-4-2. There have been injuries and suspensions to key players. But the part time pete's or fairweather fans or however you term it come up with the following quotes on message boards, phone in's etc
"We are a premiership club" - Only for 4/5 seasons, Most of these think when MArtin O'Neill came in leicester were in the premiership already
"Never had performances like this under O'Neill" - What about his first dozen games in charge? Sheff Utd springs to mind
"I'm frustrated because i pay my money and expect to be entertained/expect sucess" - Sorry but going to watch your team is a hobby true fans take the rough with the smooth and don't boo the team. They boo the wrong decisions, playing players in the wrong positions for example
I just think some of these fans are a diease to a club and should be rounded on by all other fans. Whats your opinions?

I went to see Coventry vs Sheffield Utd at the weekedn and thought the woman behind me was going to take a contract out on Dele Adebola she hated him that much. Constantly whingeing and calling for him to be subbed off after about 15minutes. Admittedly Bamberdele is no Pele but it ****es me off so much when I have some idiot behind me screaming everytime something minor goes slightly wrong, or suggesting the players are deliberately beign rubbish. Unfortunately it seems to be the 'part time Petes' as Siddo puts it, who moan the most whilst showing an impressive lack of footballing knowledge.

Disgraceful no, but moronic yes.
There have, believe it or not, been calls on a certain Villa messageboard to get rid of O'Neill.
I'm not surprised probobly left leicester to go support Villa when O'neill turn up. Probobly the same morons who wanted him out at leicester also. Martin O'Neill is amazing. Wish he'd gone to Newcastle before giving Roder the job
